Back to some sunshine for the Seniors Four-ball Salver competition today. This is a better-ball stroke play competition played off 3/4 handicap from the yellow/red tees. Sixteen pairings played for this board competition and the scoring was very close with the top 8 places covered by just 4 shots.
The winners today with a score of 68 were Raymond Bilton & Jan Hinks. Runners-up just one shot behind were Bob Evans & Ken Croucher. Third place was decided on count-back with Paul Tebbutt & Ted Fitzsimons just edging out Sam Whiting & Steve Vale after both returned nett 70.
